We are NOT a mass production house - we are a small, family run business and we pride ourselves on providing our hand made designs, on quality apparel and supplies, at reasonable prices. Please keep in mind that you are ordering a somewhat one-of-a-kind item, and that your order will take time.

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS: Due to the unique and personalized nature of our items, there are no refunds or exchanges unless the error is ours - PLEASE make your selections CAREFULLY!! Take note that there are multiple options in the pull down menus, examples: adult / youth sizes AND tee / hoodie options. Please know that fitted, juniors and ladies items tend to run small - you may want to consider ordering a size up from what you normally would. Always refrain from putting our decorated apparel in the clothes dryer or other high heat situations to get the longest life from your garments and crystals.You will be sent an email with your order details after completion of your order via PayPal. This email will serve as your receipt, and can be printed from the email. Please check the emailed receipt and contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order: info@wildatheartdesigns.com. Due to extreme temperatures in our climate, we cannot guarantee the life of the decals - Please follow all application instructions carefully. Also, make sure you apply all decals free from windshield wipers or other abrasive factors that would lessen the life of the decal. Please double check your spelling when ordering custom names on our items - we cannot be responsible for mistakes made on your part. Rhinestone / crystal items are only available for persons the age of 13+ due to the new lead laws. If you purchase one of our rhinestone / crystal garments or decals for a child 12 and under you are taking full responsibility for your action as this item does contain lead and is not recommended for ages 12 and under.
